I am Mohammad Ali Nilforooshan, a Quantitative Genetics expert at LIC in Hamilton, New Zealand.I hold a PhD in Animal Breeding and Genetics – Quantitative Genetics, which I obtained from the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences in May 2011.
My professional experience centers on the genetic and genomic evaluation of dairy cattle. I also possess experience in the genetic and genomic evaluation of sheep and beef cattle.
My primary research interests involve the methodological and computational aspects of quantitative genetics.
